Clearwater International GmbH is responsible for the collection and processing of data. During the application process, we process data from you that we require for handling your application. This may include contact information, all data related to the application (CV, certificates, qualifications, responses to questions, etc.), and possibly bank details (for reimbursement of travel expenses). The legal basis for this processing is Section 26 of the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).
Unless there is a legal retention period, the data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required or the legitimate interest in its storage ceases to exist. If no employment relationship results, this is usually no later than six months after the application process has concluded.
If your application does not lead to employment, but we are still interested in keeping your information on file for future job openings, we will ask for your consent to do so. You of course have the right to object to or request the deletion of your data at any time.
Your data will be treated confidentially and will not be shared with third parties. In some cases, we may engage service providers bound by strict instructions, for example in the areas of IT or document archiving and destruction. These service providers are subject to separate data processing agreements.
Regarding your personal data, you have the right to access, delete, restrict processing, transfer data, and correct inaccuracies (see Articles 15–20 GDPR). Processing of (personal) data by the operator of the recruitment website

Access logs (“server logs”)
