- Unterstützung bei der Durchführung komplexer Debt Advisory Mandate, einschließlich Refinanzierungen, Rekapitalisierungen, Akquisitionsfinanzierungen/LBOs sowie Rating Advisory
- Aktive Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, einschließlich Private Equity Sponsoren, Unternehmen des gehobenen Mittelstands sowie internationalen Konzernen
- Eigenständige Erstellung und Analyse von Finanzmodellen, Geschäftsplänen und Finanzierungsstrukturen sowie Anleitung von Analysten bei der Modellierung
- Teilnahme an sektorübergreifenden europäischen (firmeninternen) Sektor-Calls und Initiativen
- Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung von Marketing- und Business-Development-Aktivitäten, inklusive Präsentationen, Marktanalysen und Pitch-Unterlagen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Senior Management sowie internationalen Teams zur Sicherstellung einer integrierten Kundenbetreuung auf globaler Ebene

Ihre Aufgaben
Ihr Profil
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Finance oder Corporate Finance
- Mindestens 3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich Structured Finance, Leveraged Finance, Debt Advisory oder vergleichbaren Funktionen bei einer Investmentbank, Beratung oder Private Equity-Gesellschaft
- Analytische Stärke und sicherer Umgang mit Finanzmodellen
- Selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Motivation, Belastbarkeit und professionelles Auftreten gegenüber Kunden und Team
- Teamorientierung und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Sehr gute Excel- und PowerPoint-Kenntnisse
- Exzellente Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
